2010: Ran the IC4A 8K course in 26:14.8 for a top 100 finish (11/20)... Placed 18th at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 25:10 (10/30)... Had a top 25 finish at the Br. Doyle Meet of Champions by running the 8K course in 25:54.68 (9/18)... Led the Explorer men in the Paul Short Invitational Gold Race with a 25:03 and was the 70th out of 387 competitors (10/1)... Led the Explorer men for a second time at the Pre Nationals with a time of 25:03.8 (10/16).
2009: Ran a 25:01 at Lehigh U 8k on Oct 2nd, for his year[apos]s best time, and at the A10 champs ran the 8k in 28:30.0
2008-09: 2008 Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Rookie... Placed 27th at Atlantic 10 Championship... 15th place finisher in the 8K race at the Old Nassau Run for the 3rd place finishing Explorers.
