2010: Ran the IC4A Championship Race in 27:50.8 (11/20)... Placed in the top 100 at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (27:55.0) (9/11)... Improved his time at the Paul Short Invitational Open Race by running the 8K course in 26:31 and finishing in the top 50 (10/1)... Earned his best finish of the season at the Leopard Invitational by placing 13th with a 26:29.00 8K run (10/16).
