2008-09: Posted second-best team times in the 200-IM (1:58.51) and 400-IM (4:11.07) at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/18)... Qualified in the 200-IM (1:59.88) and 200-fly (2:01.55) preliminaries at the Bucknell Trials (11/22).

2007-08: Placed 14th in the 200-fly (1:57.25) at the A-10 Championships (2/20)... Posted a season-best time of 4:12.22 in the 400-IM at the A-10's.

High School: Selected to the All-Long Island and All-League teams... A state qualifier at St. Dominic High School... An All-League Academic Team member... Swam for coach Joe Pisano - Team Suffolk... Also competed in track... Member of the honor roll.

Personal: Majoring in Secondary Education... Parents are Dale and Helen Caines.
