2009: Ran a 25:49 at Lehigh U 8k on Oct 2nd, for his year[apos]s best time, and a 27:02.55 at U Delaware 8K on Sept 9th
2007: 124th-place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Championships at Van Cortland Park, NY to help the Explorers to a 10th-place team finish...Finished in 87th-place at the Lafayette Invitational in a time of 28:36.5...
