2008-09: Led all Explorers with 8th place finish out of 306 runners at the Penn State National Open...finished 10th for 5th place finishing Explorers in the 8K race at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
College Honors: 2007: 20th-place finish at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals in 30:52...Named to the NCAA Mid-Atlantic [apos]All-Region[apos] Team...5th-place finish at the A-10 XC Championships, earning All-Conference honors, helping the Explorers to the team championship...Led the Explorers to a 1st-place overall finish at the Penn State Invitational crossing the line in third-place in a time of 26:24 in the men[apos]s 5.2 mile race...Placed 13th overall at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 24:37 in the 8K race.
2006 : named A10 All-Conference in Cross Country... A10 Indoor 800m champion... Placed 4th as part of the A10 Indoor Championship distance medley relay team... In Outdoor placed 2nd on 4x800m relay team, 5th in 1500m, and 6th in the 800m race... Member of the record-breaking 4xMile team at the Penn Relays....Redshirted 2005-06... As a redshirt, ran impressive times in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10000m which qualified him for the USATF JR Nationals in all three events.
