2008-09: Led all Explorers with 17th place finish in the 8K race at the William & Mary Inter-Regional Invitational...finished 30th out of 306 runners for sixth place finishing Explorers at Penn State National Open.
College Honors: 2007-08: 57th-place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals in 31:45...4th-place finish at the A-10 XC Championships to help La Salle to the team championship, A-10 XC All-Conference...Ran to a 16th-place overall finish out of 222 runners at the Penn State Invitational to help the Explorers grab a 1st-place overall finish out of 20 teams...
