2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Went 4:54.76 in 1,500 meters at Penn Challenge (3/24)… Finished ninth in 1,500 meters with time of 4:44.09 and helped 4x800 relay team to runner-up finish in 9:50.81 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Placed fifth in 1,500 meters with mark of 4:49.97 at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Clocked in at 4:49.61 over 1,500 meters at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Ran 1,500 meters in 4:51.82 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Posted time of 4:50.74 in 1,500 meters at A-10 Championships (5/6).

2018 Indoor: Opened season at Mike Massone Invitational, going 3:10.96 in 1,000 meters for seventh (1/12)… Placed fifth with personal-best mile time of 5:15.42 at Gulden Invitational (1/20)… Turned in 10th place showing in the mile in 5:30.41 at Covert Classis (1/27)… Clocked in at 5:18.21 over the mile at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Ran 1,000 meters in 3:07.55 for 21st at A-10 Championships (2/17-18).

2017 Outdoor: Finished ninth at the Stony Brook Season Opener in the 800m after clocking a time of 2:33.75…clocked a 4:52.56 in the 1500m at the Colonials Relays…posted a season best 4:47.95 to finished third in the Lehigh Games in the 1500m.

2017 Indoor: Did not compete in any meets.

2016 Outdoor: Posted a personal best and twelfth place finish of 4:41.99 in the 1500m at the Atlantic 10 Championships...finished second at the Stony Brook University Quad Meet in the 4x800 with a time of 9:46.54...finished tenth at the 2016 Colonial Relays in the 1500m with a 4:47.84 finish...also competed in the Larry Ellis Invite and the 2016 Lehigh Games.

2015-16 Indoor: Opened the season up in the 1000 in 3:06.90 at the Yale Giegengack Invite…ran 3:06.80 at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
