2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Placed sixth in 3,000 meters at Fred Hardy Invitational in 10:33.00 (3/29)… Ran 5,000 meters at Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13) and Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Competed in 10,000 meters at A-10 Championships (5/5).
 
2019 Indoor: Placed second in 3,000 meters at Brian Horowitz Invitational in 10:26.29 (1/11)… Ran 5,000 meters in 18:09.25 at Penn State National Open (1/25), 17:57.72 at Fastrack National Invite (2/8) and A-10 Championships (2/24).

2018: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Did not compete during 2017-18 season.

2017 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2017 Indoor: Competed in the Jack Pyrah 3000m event for a second place finish in a time of 10:08.14.

2016 Outdoor: Opened the season at the Stony Brook Quad Meet and finished second in the 1500 meter with a personal best of 4:43.22...ran for her a best time in the 10,000 of 37:11.05 at the Atlantic 10 Championship and finished sixth...finished sixth at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 5000 meter with a time of 17:56.92...competed in the 2016 Colonial Relays running a season best time of 17:34.50 in the 5000 meter.

2015-2016 Indoor: Opened the season at the Penn State National in 3000 running a time of 10:09.59…ran 17:32.43 for the 5000 at Yale Giegangack…placed 2nd in the 5000 at A10 Championship thanks to a time of 17:20.14 and ran 10:08.92 in 3000 good for 8^th…capped off the season with a 17:37.57 in 5000 at the ECACChampionships.

2015 Outdoor: Opened up the outdoor season in the 3000 meters at the Philadelphia College Classic with a time of 9:53.12 for fifth place… finished in third place in the 1500 meters at the Stony Brook Spring Opener thanks to a time of 4:49.32… finished in 13^thplace at the Colonial Relays in the 5000 meter run with a time of 17:21.06… ran her best time of the season in the 5000 meters at the Larry Ellis finishing in 16:56.85… finished in seventh place at the Atlantic 10 Championship in the 5000 meters with a time of 17:20.56… closed out her freshman campaign at the IC4A/ECAC Championships running a 17:17.77 for 18^thplace in the 5000 meters.

2014-15 Indoor: Ran in the 3000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup finishing in 10:13.96 in 12^thplace… finishing in third place in the mile run at the Tiger Open thanks to a time of 5:07.32.

Background: Member of the team that won the Pennsylvania 4x800 as a freshman… chose La Salle over Pittsburgh, Northeastern, Temple, and Boston University…member of the National Honors Society and Spanish Honors Society... majoring in Accounting.
