2020 Indoor: Won 200 meters in 27.14 seconds and 4x200 relay in 1:50.10 at Haverford Holiday Meet (12/7)… Placed sixth in 400 meters with time of 1:02.11 and ran leg of 4x400 relay that finish third in 4:09.33 at Robert Elkin Invitational (1/10)… Ran 400 meters in 1:01.35 at Penn 8 Team Select (1/18)… Finished 12th/29 in 200 meters with mark of 27.04 at Patriot Games (1/25)… Also ran 200 meters in 26.83 at Penn State National Open (1/31) and 26.95 at UAlbany Winter Classic (2/7)… Capped career by running 200 meters and 4x400 relay at A-10 Championships (2/29-3/1).
2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Began season 12th in 200-meter dash with time of 26.28 (3/23)… Clocked a 58.98 in 400m at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Finished 12th in 400m at 58.73 and went 25.87 in 200m dash at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13)… Turned in 200m time of 26.11 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Helped DMR team finish in 11:49.56 at Penn Relays (4/25)… Posted mark of 25.79 in 200m dash and 58.98 in 400m dash at A-10 Championships (5/4-5).

2019 Indoor: Started the year with runner-up finish in 200-meter dash with time of 26.58 and helped 4x400 relay team finish third in 4:14.82 (1/11)… Ran 400m in 1:00.25 at Penn Satte National Open (1/25)… Sprinted 8.06 in 60m dash at Villanova Invitational (2/2)… Clocked a 59.80 400m dash time at Fastrack National Invite (2/8)… Member of DMR team that finished fourth in 11:46.47 at A-10 Championships and ran 400m in 59.69 (2/23-24)… Helped DMR team to 11:56.42 finish at ECAC Championships (3/2).
2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Set school record as member of 4x100 relay team… Helped 4x400 relay team to runner-up finish in 4:03.31 at Penn Challenge (3/24)… Came in fifth in 400 meters with time of 1:00.20 and 11th in 200 meters at 26.50 while helping 4x400 relay team to fourth place finish in 4:00.14 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Crossed in 25.56 during 200-meter dash for 13th out of 33 finishers at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Placed third in 400 meters at 58.39 and sixth in 200 meters at 25.91 during Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Member of 4x100 relay team finishing seventh in school-record 47.37 while running 200 meters in 25.95 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Broke school record as member of 4x100 relay team finishing in 47.07 at Penn Relays (4/27)… Finished in season-best 58.16 in 400 meters for 13th and helped 4x100 relay team to seventh place showing with time of 47.15 at A-10 Championships (5/5-6).
2017-18 Indoor: Finished fifth in 500 meters with time of 1:25.27 and helped 4x400 relay team to eighth place in 4:22.67 at Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2)… Placed fourth in 400 meters with mark of 1:01.46 and aided 4x400 relay team to third place finish in 4:23.40 at Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Came in 10th among 41 runners in 200 meters with 26.70 clip and helped 4x400 relay team to 4:18.72 finish for ninth at Gulden Invitational (1/20)… Posted 200-meter time of 26.97 at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Clocked in a 26.21 mark in 200 meters for 10th and finished 400 meters in 59.80 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)… Notched a 1:01.37 400-meter time for 16th and was member of 4x400 relay team that finished in 4:10.55 at A-10 Championships (2/17-18).
2017 Outdoor: Turned in a sixth place finish at the Stony Brook Season Opener in the 200m after sprinting a time of 27.22…career best in the 400m came at the Hopkins Invitational in a time of 1:00.04 for an eighth place finish…helped set a program record in the 4x100m event at Penn Relays in a time of 47.88…helped reset that record at the A-10 Outdoor Championships in a new time of 47.73…clocked a season-best 25.43 in the 200m event at the A-10 Championships.
2017 Indoor: Opened the season with a fifth place finish in the 300m at the Jack Pyrah Invitational thanks to a time of 41.65…sprinted to a 26.05 finish at the 200m event at the Great Dane Classic…career best in the 400m event came at the Giegengack Invitational when she crossed the line in 59.02 for a third place finish…was a member of a 4x400m relay that clocked a 4.22.67 finish at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships.
Background: Ran for South Brunswick High School in Mammoth Junction, N.J…elected team captain for winter and spring senior year…Received All-Conference and All-Division awards for winter and spring seasons in 2016…made 1st Team All-Area for indoor and outdoor seasons for the 400m…won GMC Championships and Central Group IV State Sectional Championships titles in the 400m for the indoor season in 2016…broke the South Brunswick indoor 200m record with time of 25.77 and the indoor 600m school record with time of 1:43.89…broke the Middlesex County Record and South Brunswick record in the 300m with time of 42.19…elected Athlete of the Year for South Brunswick High School in 2016…club teams were Franklin Track Club, Sudden Impact Track Club and Supersonics Track Club.
