2011: Ran a 25:39.03 at the Navy Invitational, finishing 52nd (9/17)...finished 39th at the A-10 championships with a 25:43.8 (10/29)
2010: Season best performance was at the Atlantic 10 Championships, had top 50 finish with a time of 25:55....top Explorer finisher at the 8k Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Inviitational with a time of 27:11....finished in 35th place in the Open Race at the Paul Short Invitational with a 26:19....led the Explorers to a second place finish with a time of 26:25 with an 11th place finish at the Leopard Invitational.
High School: Placed eighth in state cross country meet as a senior...medaled in the 3200m and 4x800 relay in outdoor track...member of four consecutive district championship teams in both cross country and track and field...lettered in eight seasons
