2023-24
- Finished 13th in the 8k race during the Atlantic 10 Conference XC Championships with a personal best of 24:33.6
- Ran a personal best in the 10k with 30:37.1 in the NCAA Division 1 Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships
- Placed 10th in the Penn Select 10 during the mile run with a time of 4:16.79
- Ran an 8:21.12 in the 3000m run to place 10th in the Villanova Invitational

- Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll
2021
- Ran a 25:28.8 in the 8K at the Lehigh Paul Short Run as the first event of his freshman campaign (10/1)
- Crossed the finish line 31st/126 in the 8K at the Atlantic 10 Championships as part of a first place finish for La Salle (10/30)
- Ended the season with a 32:28.7 in the 10K run at the Mid-Atlantic Regional, placing 66th/174 (11/12).Â
