2017: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Opened season at Lehigh Invitational, running 6K in 19:30.5 to place 31st of 88 (9/1)… Posted season-best 25:28.1 in 8K at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Ran 8K in 26:13.3 at Princeton XC Invitational (10/14)… Placed 44th in 8K with 26:34.3 mark at A-10 Championships (10/28)… Finished 10K in 32:46.7 at NCAA Regional Championships (11/10).
2016: Finished 47th at the Atlantic 10 Championship, registering a time of 25:56.7…Finished 87th with a time of 32:35 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional...First across the finish line for La Salle at the Main Line Invitational, running 20:12.0 on the four-mile course to finish 11th overall…Turned in a time of 25:01 at the Paul Short Run.
2015: Did not compete in 2015
2014: Was the second Explorer to cross the finish line at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) thanks to a 26:50.8 time which was good for 13th place overall… finished in the top 25 (23rd overall) at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) with a time of 19:23.9 on the 6k course.
2013: Started off his season at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/13) with a time of 20:48.33 (6k)… clocked a 20:30.51 (4 mile) at the Main Line Invitational (9/26) good for a 36th place finish.
High School: Three-time all-region selection and four-time all-district choice...member of 2010 state championship team that ranked 21st in the nation...National Art Society member
