2019: Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team… Explorer Excellence Award winner... Helped Explorers win Atlantic 10 title behind top-10 finish individually… Opened season with a 6K PR of 19:48.1 for 25th among 93 finishers at Lehigh Invitational (8/30)… Ran 8K in 26:28.8 at Iona Meet of Champions (9/20)… Improved 8K time to 24:41.0 at Paul Short (10/5)… Placed 21st out of 235 finishers with a PR of 24:32.3 in the 8K at Princeton Invitational (10/19)… Earned all-conference after placing 8th/128 with 8K time of 25:24.5 to help Explorers win A-10 Championship (11/2)… Capped cross country career with 10K PR of 31:27.9 for 45th among 175 finishers at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15).

2018: Made season debut at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Ran the 8K in 25:46.1 at Princeton Invitational (10/12)… Finished 44th out of 129 runners at the A-10 Championships, crossing the five mile course in 25:50.4 (10/27)… Posted a 33:06.7 over 10K course at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional for 85th among 169 of the region’s best (11/9).

2017: Made La Salle XC debut in 6K at Lehigh Invitational, placing 40th among 88 runners in 19:50.1 (9/1)… Ran 8K in 25:13.6 at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Turned in season-best 8K time of 25:08.4 for 61st out of 205 finishers at Princeton XC Invitational (10/14)… Placed 21st among 117 finishers in 8K at A-10 Championships in 25:58.8 (10/28)… Finished 68th out of 180 runners at NCAA Regional Championships, running 10K in 31:47.2 (11/10).

2016: Did not compete in any meets. 

2015: Attended Edinboro University.

Background: Triple Crown Section 6 Champion as a senior at Niagara Falls High School…All-American and All-State as a senior…Three-time All-County Champion… Two-time recipient of the Niagara Falls Spike Award, Scholar-Athlete Award, Sportsmanship Award…Two-time New York State Section 6 Kiwanis Award Winner…100 Point Club Award his final three seasons…Breakfast of Champions as a senior.
