2015: Atlantic 10 All-Conference after finishing seventh at the Atlantic 10 Championship meet at Pole Green Park (10/31)...First Explorer to cross the finish line at Mid-Atlantic Regionals, finishing 44th (11/13)...Began the season at Lehigh Invite (9/4), finishing 29th with the time of 20:17.4… Finished 3rd place at Friends Big 5 Invite (9/11), clocking a 19:05.2… 62nd at Main Line Invitational (9/18) with a time of 21:11…Third Explorer to cross the line with time of 25:24.84 at Greater Louisville Classic (10/3), placing 105th… Finished top 20 at Princeton Invitational (10/17) with a time of 24:26.8…

2014: Kicked off the year at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) with a 30^th place finish thanks to a time of 27:18.1… finished in 133^rd place at the Paul Short Run (10/4) with a time of 25:29…ran a 26:57.8 at the ISU Pre-Nationals (10/18) for a 281^st place finish… was the third Explorer to finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/1) thanks to a time of 25:56.5 for a 49^th place finish… ended his season at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals (11/14) with a 32:32 time on the 10k course for a 89^th place finish. 

2013: Started off the season with a 15^th place finish at the Lehigh Invitational (8/31) with a time of 19:29.07 (6k)… finished with a time of 19:06.12 (6k) good for 12^th place at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/13)… competed in the Paul Short Run (10/5) and timed at 26:07 (8k)… clocked a 25:36.9 (8k) at the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/2)… finished off the year at the IC4A Championships (11/23) with a time of 27:00.8 (5 mile).

High School: Earned 12 varsity letters in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track...recorded personal bests as a senior in the 1600m (4:20) and 5k (15:45, XC)
