High School: Two time All-American… named All-FCIAC and All-State…part of the 4x800 meter relay team that owns the Connecticut indoor state record (4:48.90)… sixth place finisher at New balance Indoor Nationals and third place finisher at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals… team won the FCIAC Championships during his junior year… second place finish at the New England Championships and third place team finish at Nike Northeast Regional Championships… All-FCIAC as a freshman and sophomore… chose La Salle over Marist, Eastern Kentucky, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Florida
