2020-21: Ran the five mile course at Atlantic 10 Championships in 27:28.5 during only meet of the season (3/5).

2019: Was 24th/95 in season opener at Lehigh Invitational, running 6K in 19:48.0 (8/30)… Ran 8K in 27:45.8 at Paul Short (10/5) and improved to 26:45.4 at Princeton Invitational (10/19)… Finished 8K in 27:20.3 at Atlantic 10 Championships as Explorers won team title (11/2)… Crossed 10K in 34:26.2 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15).

2018: Began season at Iona Meet of Champions, finishing 55th among 116 runners with 8K time of 27:05.8 (9/14)… Ran 8K in 27:01.5 at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Season-best 8K came at Princeton Invitational in 26:32.9 (10/12)… Crossed five miles in 26:50.2 at A-10 Championships (10/27)… Finished 77th out of 169 in 10K at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with time of 32:59.3 (11/9)

2017: Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made La Salle debut at Paul Short Gold, finishing the 8K in season-best 26:05.5 (9/29)… Ran 8K in 26:09.2 at Princeton XC Invitational (10/14)… Finished 55th out of 117 finishers in 8K at A-10 Championships in 26:48.8 (10/28)… Ran 10K in 33:11.6 at NCAA Regional Championships (11/10).

Background: Lettered twice in cross country at Christian Brothers Academy, helping the Colts win the 2016 Non-Public A State Championship…Finished 6th individually at the Shore Conference Championship race and 15th at the State Championship…Finished in the top 10 among freshman in the Shore Conference and Monmouth County in 2013…Helped Colts win the Nike Cross Regional and finish 7th at Nike Cross Nationals…Manhattan Invite Champions.
