2015: Started the season at Friends Big 5 Invite (9/11) by running a 20:20.1 and finishing 44th…Finished 59th with the time of 21:10 at Main Line… Finished 106th at Paul Short Run (10/2) with the time of 25:33.
2014: Kicked off the year with a 41st place finish at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) with a time of 27:34.2… ran a 20:04.7 at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) for a 41st place finish… was the top La Salle finisher at the Main Line Invitational (9/25) thanks to a 20:47.6 time for 48th place… turned in a 26:59 time at the Paul Short Run (10/4) for a 326th place finish… ended his year at the IC4A/ECAC Championship (11/22) by running a 26:40.6 for 66th place overall.
2012: Was the third Explorer to cross the finish line at the Princeton Invitational (10/13) with a 25:58 (8K)...crossed the finish line 40th at the George Mason Invitational (9/29) with a 26:54.1 (7800m)...ran a 28:58.54 (8K) at the Temple Invitational (9/14)...posted a 22:22 (6K) at the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7)
High School: Selected as all-county and all-league performer as a sophomore, junior, and senior...ran on league championship team as well as as sectional and state indoor championship team.
