2019: La Salle Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year... Helped Explorers win Atlantic 10 title behind top-20 showing individually… Began season with 6K PR of 19:48.3 for 28th among 93 finishers at Lehigh Invitational (8/30)… Ran 8K in 26:22.5 at Iona Meet of Champions (9/20)… Finished 79th/395 with 8K PR of 24:27.8 at Paul Short Gold (10/5)… Placed 17th among 128 finishers with 8K time of 25:58.3 to help Explorers win A-10 Championship (11/2).

2018: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made La Salle XC debut at Temple Invitational (8/31)… Finished 35th out of 113 runners at Iona Meet of Champions, running 8K in 26:29.9 (9/14)… Clocked a 25:36.7 over 8K at Paul Short Gold to end up 104th among 360 (9/29)… Came in 61st among 219 runners with 8K time of 25:15.3 at Princeton Invitational (10/12)… Placed 17th out of 129 runners at A-10 Championships, finishing the five mile course in 25:26.6 (10/27)… Ran the 10K in 32:42.9 for 59th among 169 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9).

2017: Did not compete in any meets.

2016 (At Lamar): Ran one race, coming in 19th out of 36 runners at the Texas A&M Aggie Opener with a 6K time of 19:23.1.

2015 (At Lamar): Did not compete as a freshman.

Background: Transferred from Lamar University in Texas... Prior to that, attended The Downs School in the UK... Finished 7th at the Inter-Counties U17 and 10th at the National Cross Country meet as a junior at the Ridgeway School.
