2014: Kicked off the year at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) where he ran a 28:38.2 for a 66th place finish… came in 43rd overall at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) thanks to a time of 20:07.3… turned in a time of 22:09.4 at the Main Line Invitational (9/25) to finish in 94th place.
2013: Started off the season at the Lehigh Invitational (8/31) with a time of 20:41.57 (6k)… competed in the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/13) finishing in 21:08.1 (6k)… capped off his season at the Main Line Invitational (9/26) finishing in 23:29.32 (4 mile).
2012: Ran a 27:02 (8K) at the Princeton Invitational...opened the year with a 21:33 (6K) at the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7)
2011: Ran for St. Joseph's University as a freshman before transferring to La Salle...ran a 28:48 8K at the Paul Short Invitational, setting a PR
