Selma Robinson

    Assistant Swimming Coach
Selma Robinson joins the La Salle University athletic department in the fall of 2014 as an Assistant Swimming Coach.

Over ten years leading the girls swimming program at North Penn, Robinson guided the Maidens to a 104-5 record in dual meets, 10 league championships, five PIAA District 1 Championships and the 1990 PIAA State Championship title.
 
Robinson's 1990 PIAA Pennsylvania High School Swimming State Championship team was recognized by Swimming World Magazine as the National Public High School Champions. During her tenure, she coached 14 Individual All-Americans and 11 All-American relay teams.
 
Robinson has held the position of PIAA District 1 Swimming and Diving Co-Chair since 2004, and has served as an Age Group and Developmental coach at the North Penn Aquatic Club over the last 20 years.

Robinson was a four-year letter winner and National Qualifier at Lock Haven University, and was named the Bald Eagles team captain for her final three years.

The North Penn graduate recently retired from her alma mater as a Health and Physical Education teacher.
