College Honors: Was named the Most Outstanding Rookie of the Meet at the 2004 Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships, after placing ninth, earning All-Conference honors, and helping the men to its fourth straight team title...Named All-East after finishing 20th at the 2004 IC4A XC Championships, helping the men win the title...Took eighth in the 5000m at the 2005 A-10 Outdoor Championships, helping the men finish second...Was sixth in the Mile at the 2004 A-10 Indoors, helping the men to a second-place finish...Finished fifth in the 5000m at the 2004 USA Junior Championships to earn All-American honors... Finished 24th at the Cross Country Championships. College PRs: Indoor - 1000m (2:32.26); Mile (4:15.86); 5000m (15:04.95). Outdoor - 1500m (3:56.32); 5000m (14:51.30).
