2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 4x800 Relay Champion… Came in sixth in 800 meters with time of 1:52.95 at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Posted fourth place finish with mark of 1:51.74 at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Turned in time of 1:54.09 over 800 meters at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Helped 4x800 relay team finish in 7:32.76 at Penn Relays (4/28)… Won A-10 title as member of 4x800 relay team that posted a time of 7:28.02, and placed third in 800 meters with time of 1:52.14 at A-10 Championships (5/6).

2018 Indoor: Began season with fourth place finish in 400 meters at 51.16 and 16th place showing in 1,000 meters at 2:48.90 during Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Captured 800 meter title at Gulden Invitational, finishing in 1:54.13 (1/20)… Finished seventh in 800 meters with time of 1:52.30 at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Crossed in 1:53.27 during 800-meter run at Iowa State Classic (2/10)… Placed sixth in 800 meters with time of 1:54.44 at A-10 Championships (2/18)… Competed in 800-meter run at ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/2).

2017 Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury.

2017 Indoor: Won the 1000m event at the Great Dane Classic in a personal best time of 2:28.11…finished third in the 800m final event at the Atlantic 10 Championships after clocking a 1:55.02…was a member of a 4x800m relay team that went 7:39.52 to place second…finished seventh overall at the IC4A/ECAC Championship, running 1:51.71 in the 800m.

2016 Outdoor: Finished first at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 800m running a 1:49.86....ran a 1:47.50 to place sixth at the NCAA Division I Championship...competed at the U.S Olympic Trials in the 800m running a time of 1:47.95 in his heat...captured a silver at the U23 NCAC Championships in the 800m running a 1:47.77 in El Salvador...was a member of the 4x800m relay team that took first at the Atlantic 10 Championships...set a personal record in the 400m with a time of 49.26 at the 2016 Colonial Relays...also competed in the Philadelphia College Classic, the Larry Ellis Invite and the Penn Relays.

2015-16 Indoor: Opened the season Yale Giegengack Invitational running 1:52.14 for the 800…at the A10 Championship placed 3^rd in the final with a 1:54.29 and was a part of the winning 4x800 team running 7:40.10…ran a season best time of 1:51.82 in the 800 at Fastrack Last Chance …capped off the indoor season at IC4A running on the 4x800 team that placed 9^th with a time of 7:44.16 and a time of 7:30.53 in the prelim.

2015 Outdoor: Opened the year winning the 800 meters at the Philadelphia College Classic with a time of 1:53.57… won the 600 meters at the Stony Brook Spring Opener thanks to a time of 1:20.33… finished third in the 800 meters at the Colonial Relays (1:50.88) while also helping the DMR team finish second… ran in the 800 meters at the Larry Ellis and Mason Spring Invitational.. competed at the Penn Relays as part of the DMR team and the 4x800 meter relay… won the 800 meters at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 1:51.85 while helping the 4x800 meter relay team win their race… finished third at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.34… set a PR in the 800 meters at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 1:48.46 on his way to a third place finish… twice named A-10 Co-Performer of the Week.
