2014-15 Indoors: Opened the season at the Jack Pyrah Invitational where he ran a 2:34.02 1000 meters for an eighth place finish… won the 800 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup thanks to a time of 1:55.81… finished second at the Tiger Open in the 1000 meters (2:31.06)… at the Patriot Games he ran a 1:57.11 for a third place finish in the 800 meters and helped the DMR team win the event… finished sixth in the mile at the Yale Giegengack Invitational setting a PR with a time of 4:16.92… set a PR at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 1000 meters (2:30.32) on his way to a fifth place finish while also helping the DMR team medal and the 4x800 meter team finish in eighth place… ended the year at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a 1000 meter time of 2:35.47.

2015 Outdoors: Finished third at the Stony Brook Spring Opener in the 800 meters thanks to a time of 2:02.61… at the Colonial Relays he finished 34^th in the 1500 meters (4:00.02) while helping the 4x800 meter relay team finish eighth… finished 29^th at the Mason Spring Invitational in the 800 meters thanks to a time of 1:55.18… competed in the Penn Relays as part of the 4x800 meter relay team… helped the 4x800 meter relay team win the Atlantic 10 Championships while finishing 17^th in the 800 meter relay with a time of 1:55.87… ended the season at the IC4A/ECAC Championships as part of the 4x800 meter relay team. 

2012-13: Posted a personal best mile time of 4:30.83 in his first collegiate race at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/1/12)...Was part of the 4x8 team that took first place at both the Hoya Spiked Shoe Club Invitational (7:50.82) and the Penn State National Invitational (7:38.18)...Also ran a personal best 1000 meter time of 2:31.25 at the Penn State National Invitational (1/25-1/26)...Finished second place in the distance medley relay with a time of 9:46.84 at the Atlantic 10 IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (3/1-3/3)...Posted a personal best 400 meter time of 52.60 at the 2013 Philadelphia College Classic (3/23)...Marked a personal best 800 meter time of 1:56.47 at the 2013 TCNJ Lions Invitational (4/26-4/27).
 
High School: Member of 2011 PIAA cross country state championship team...member of 4x800 relay team which finished fourth in state meet in consecutive years...placed fourth in the state in 1600m...twice voted team MVP.
