2018 Outdoor: Placed fifth in 200-meter dash at 23.18 and helped 4x400 relay team to third place finish of 3:27.37 at Penn Challenge (3/24)… Took seventh in 400 meters at 49.92 and was part of runner-up 4x400 relay team that finished in 3:17.38 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Helped 4x400 relay team to mark of 3:20.15 at Penn Relays (4/27)… Ran 400 meters in 49.92 at A-10 Championships (5/5).
2018 Indoor: Began season at Mike Maddone Invitational, finishing third in 500 meters at 1:09.53 and fifth in 4x400 relay at 3:32.89 (1/12)… Ran 400 meters in 52.16 at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Finished 400 meters in 51.24 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)… Posted time of 1:08.92 over 500 meters and helped 4x400 relay team to 3:25.23 finish for seventh at A-10 Championships (2/17-18).
2017 Outdoor:Â Did not appear in any meets.
2017 Indoor: Was a member of a 4x400m relay that placed fourth at the Jack Pyrah in a time of 3:28.09…finished seventh at the Jack Pyrah in the 500m event in a time of 109.51…raced to a 108.99 finish in the 500m event at the Great Dane Classic.
2016 Outdoor: Opened the season with a first place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Philadelphia College Classic...posted a season best of 2:02.84 in an eleventh place finish in the 800m at the Philadelphia College Classic...ran a 50.82 in the 400m at the 2016 Colonial Relays...finished ninth at the 2016 Lehigh Games in the 400m running a time of 51.40.
