2017 Outdoor: Placed seventh at the Lehigh Games in the 3000s in a time of 10:09.43.
2017 Indoor: Ran a 9:12.61 at the NYC Gotham Cup in the 3000m to open to season…finished ninth at the Covert Cup in the 3000m event with a time of 9:09.16…finished fifth at the Giegengack Invitational in the 5000m event, clocking a 16:03.3.
2016 Outdoor: Opened the season at the Philadelphia College Classic running a 4:07.05 in the 1500m...placed sixth in the 2000 steeple with a time of 6:32.75 at the Stony Brook University Quad Meet...capped off his season with a fifth place finish at the 2016 Lehigh Games in the 3000 steeple with a time of 10:01.
