2020 Outdoor: NCAA season canceled.

2020 Indoor: Explorer Excellence Award winner… Helped 4x400 relay team to victory while placing third in 800 meters during season opener at Haverford Holiday Meet (12/7)… Ran 800 meters in 2:01.65 at Penn 8 Team Select (1/18)… Made 500-meter debut at Patriot Games, finishing 12th in 1:10.31 (1/25)… Was 26th/51 with 800 meter time of 2:02.05 at Fastrack National Invite (2/14)… Posted season-best 800 time of 2:00.46 and ran a leg of the 4x400 relay at A-10 Championships (2/29-3/1).

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Opened season in the 800 meters at Penn Challenge (3/23)… Finished 800 meters in 2:00.20 and ran a leg of 4x800 relay at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29-30)… Ran 800m at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13), Widener Invitational (4/20) and Covert Classic (4/26).
 
2019 Indoor: Did not compete.

2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Went 4:16.86 over 1,500 meters at Penn Challenge (3/24)… Placed fifth in 800 meters at 1:58.15 during Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Ran 800 meters in 1:58.69 at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Posted season-best time of 1:57.42 for 10th place at Widener Invitational (4/20-21)… Clocked in at 1:59.00 in 800 meters for 18th out of 48 finishers at Lehigh Games (4/28)… Finished 800 meters in 2:01.10 at A-10 Championships (5/6).

2017-18 Indoor: Opened season with seventh place finish in 1,000 meters at 2:43.09 and helped 4x400 relay team to 3:33.52 mark for ninth at Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2)… Turned in time of 2:44.86 over 1,000 meters for 15th at Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Finished eighth in 800 meters with time of 2:01.93 at Gulden Invitational (1/20)… Ran 800 meters in 2:02.61 for 14th at Covert Classic (1/27)… Clocked in at 1:59.49 over 800 meters at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Posted time of 2:01.57 in 800 meters for 14th at A-10 Championships (2/18).

2017 Outdoor: Opened the season at the Stony Brook Season Opener in the 4x800m relay, finishing sixth in a time of 8:17.02…ran the 1500m at Stony Brook to clock a season best 4:27.91…raced to a season best 1:58.43 at the Lehigh Games to finish 13^th overall…4x800m relay team finished 16^th in a time of 8:05.23 at the Colonial Games.

2017 Indoor: Did not compete.

Background: Ran for Marian Catholic High School in Hometown, Pa…elected captain for his senior and junior years… was a state qualified and medalist his senior year…earned two district golds and one district silver in 2015…earned three district medals his junior year…helped team to go undefeated all three years he ran.

Personal: Parents are Rocco and Diane Mussoline… Chose La Salle for the team and coaches…. Major is Criminal Justice.
