• Third in the 3k at the Fastrack National Invite, getting a time of 8:17.4 in the 3k
• Also placed third in the 3k in the Penn Challenge meet
• Set a PR in the 10k at the Penn Relays, finishing in 30:26.97
• Sixth in the 5k at the Dr. Sander Scorcher

2023-24

• 27th overall at the A-10 Outdoor XC Championships; time of 24:48.9
• Finished 10th in the 5k at the 2024 A-10 Track and Field Championships 
• Got fifth in the mile at the Scarlet Knights Open with a time of 4:14.33

2022-23

• Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll
• Placed 12th overall in the A-10 XC Championships; set a 5-mile PR of 24:33.7
• Set an 8k PR at the Paul Short Run, running 23:49.8
• 20th overall in the NCAA XC Mid-Atlantic Championships
• 10th in the 1k at the Villanova Invitational with a time of 2:27.63, a PR
• Bronze medalist in the 4x800m event at A-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships
• Fourth in the outdoor 5k at the Larry Ellis Invite
