• 1:55.48 half mile time at the Paul Donahue Invite, a new personal record for him

2023-24

• Ran a personal best in the mile race at the Penn Select 10 with a time of 4:49.57
• Placed 1st in the DMR at the Scarlet Knight Open with a final time of 10:52.55
• Placed 9th in the DMR with a time of 10:28.45 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships

• Ran a personal best of 53.4 in the 400m at the Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge meet

• Ran Cross Country for North Penn High School located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania
• Senior year he was the Indoor 4x400m State Champion... Placed third in the outdoor 4x400m
• Qualified for the 4x800 Championship of America. Junior year he placed second in the outdoor State Championship 4x400m
• Ran for fifth in the Outdoor State Championship in the 4x800. Sophomore year received third at the indoor State Championship 4x800m
