2018 Outdoor: Registered personal best 400-meter time of 53.37 for 12th place at Penn Challenge and aided 4x400 relay team to third place finish in 3:27.37 (3/24)… Finished ninth in 800 meters at 2:02.03 during Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Was 18th with time of 2:04.32 in 800 meters at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Ran 800 meters in 2:01.83 at Widener Invitational (4/20-21)… Clocked in at 2:01.86 in 800 meters for 29th of 48 finishers at Lehigh Games (4/28).

2017-18 Indoor: Finished 10th in 800 meters at 2:04.73 and helped 4x400 relay team to 3:29.85 for sixth place (12/2)… Placed third with time of 2:02.28 in 800 meters at Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Posted personal best time of 2:39.02 in 1,000 meters for ninth place at Gulden Invitational (1/20)… Was 21st in 800 meters at 2:04.24 during Covert Classic (1/27)… Ran 800 meters in 1:01.83 at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Crossed in 2:01.68 in 800 meters at Fastrack National Invite (2/9).

2017 Outdoor: Opened the season with a career record of 54.79 in the 400m race at the Stony Brook Season Opener for a 10^th place finish…clocked a season best 2:02.82 in the 800m event at the Hopkins Invitational.

2017 Indoor: Was a member of a 4x400m relay team that placed fourth in the Jack Pyrah Invitational thanks to a time of 3:28.09 to open the season…posted a season best 1:10.16 in the 500m at the Giegengack Invitational at Yale.

2016 Outdoor: Opened the season with a first place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Philadelphia College Classic...was a member of a 4x800m relay team that placed fourth running an 8:22.58 at the Stony Brook University Quad Meet...posted a season best at the 2016 Lehigh Games in the 800m running a 2:01.38.

2015-16 Indoor: Opened the season at the Jack Pyrah Invitational in the 1000 running 2:40.11…competed in the 800 at the Great Dane Classic in 2:01.50…ran 2:02.11 at the Lehigh Classic in the 800…capped off the season at the Yale Giegengack Invitational running 2:02.6 for the open 800.

2015 Outdoor: Ran a 2:03.81 for an 11^th place finish in the 800 meters at the Philadelphia College Classic… ran a 1:26.72 in the 600 meters at the Stony Brook Spring Opener for a seventh place finish… competed in both the 800 meters (2:03.46, 26^th place) and 4x800 meter relay (8:21.87, sixth place) at the Rider Invite… set a PR at the Widener Invitational thanks to a time of 2:00.13 which was good for 19^th place… ended the season at the Lehigh Games where he ran a 2:01.61 for 23^rd place in the 800 meters. 

2014-15 Indoor: Opened the year running a 2:07.25 in the 800 meters at the Jack Pyrah Invitational for ninth place… improved his 800 time by nearly seven seconds at the Tiger Open with a 2:01.72 time to finish in 21^st place… placed sixth in the 500 meters at the Patriot Games thanks to a time of 1:10.01 while also running in the 4x400 meter relay that finished in sixth with a time of 3:34.62… ended the season at the Yale Giegengack Invitational running a 2:03.43 time in the 800 meters for a 22^nd place finish and helping the 4x400 meter relay team finish in eighth thanks to a time of 3:29.48… also ran in the NYC Gotham Cup.
