2011-2012: Ran a career best time of 4:29.87in the mile at the Jack Pyrah Invitational... Competed in the Distance Medley Relay at the 105th Millrose games....Crossed the finish line at the Hoya Spiked Invitational with a career best time of 1:06.95 in the 500 meter race...Won the 800 meter race at the 2012 Indoor Atlantic 10 Championships...Anchored the 4x800 relay to victory at the URI Tribute to Torpey Invitatational...
2008-09: Member of the school-record-breaking outdoor 4x800 meter relay squad that set new school marks on two consecutive days at IC4A Championship... Ran third leg of 4x800 relay team that finished second at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship and broke the previous conference record... Second leg of IC4A-qualifying and silver medalist DMR squad at Yale[apos]s Geigengack Invitational (10:03.54)... Placed sixth in the indoor 800m at A-10[apos]s with a time of 1:58.66... Ran season-best indoor 800m in A-10 preliminary (1:56.79)... Finished 13th in the conference in the outdoor 800m with season-best time of 1:53.76.
