2008-09: Qualified for the NCAA Regional in the 1500m (3:46.91)... Competed in 1500m at USA Senior Nationals in 2009... 2009 Atlantic 10 Indoor 1,000m Champion... 2009 A-10 Outdoor 800m Champion... Member of 2009 school-record-breaking outdoor 4x800 relay squad at IC4A Championship... Ran season-best indoor 1000m at IC4A's (2:24.63)... IC4A qualifier in mile at Geigengack Invitational (4:10.17)... Ran season-best outdoor 800m at IC4A's (1:51.41)... NCAA regional qualifier in 1500m... Ran 3:46.91 in 1500m at Larry Ellis Invite... Finished 22nd at NCAA Regional in 1500m (3:52.30).
2007-08: Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Regional in the 1500m in 2008 (3:47.03)... Part of 5th-place DMR team at the Penn Relays... Indoor: At 2008 Indoor A-10 Championships member of the winning DMR team (10:12.42) as well as 2nd in the 800m (1:55.72)...Finished 3rd (1:53.59 ) in the 800m championship section and was a member of the sixth-place 4x800m relay team (7:38.99) at the the New Balance Collegiate Invitational...Placed 6th in the One-Mile Run (4:12.54) at Yale[apos]s Giegengack Invitational...Indoor Track finished 6th in the mile at Yale[apos]s Giegengack Invitational in 4:12.54...placed 11th in the Mile run in 4:20.18 at the Gotham Cup...
College Honors: Member of four A-10 Championship relay teams (2010 Indoor 4x800, 2009 Indoor 4x800, 2008 Indoor DMR and 2008 Outdoor 4x800)... Member of the school record outdoor 4x800 (2009),4 x mile (2007) and Distance Medley (2008) teams outdoors and the indoor 4 x 800 (2008)... As a redshirt, ran impressive times in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10000m which qualified him for the USATF JR Nationals in all three events. 2 time all-Conference Performer Cross Country (06,07) 20th place finish at the 2007 Mid-Atlantic Regional named to All-Divison team
High School Honors: In 2004, was named First Team All Conference 1600m, 3200m...First Team All County, First Team All Area 3200m...First Team Group 3 3200m...First Team All Conference, All County and All Area XC...First Team Group 3 XC...First Team All State...In 2005, was named First Team All Confrence 800m...First Team All County 1600m...First Team Group 3 3200m... Finished 12th at the Footlocker Northeast Regional... Also an All-Area basketball player.
