2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Started season at Penn Challenge, competing in 400-meter dash and 4x400 relay (3/23)… Partook in 800 meters and 4x800 relay at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29-30)… Finished 400m dash in 53.20 at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13)… Ran 800m at Widener Invitational (4/20) and Covert Classic (4/26).
 
2019 Indoor: Did not compete.

2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Posted a time of 53.43 in 400 meters for 13th at Penn Challenge (3/24)… Finished ninth in 400 meters at 53.85 during Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Placed eighth in 400 meters in 53.59 at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Ran 800 meters in 2:06.45 at Widener Invitational (4/20-21)… Went 2:10.10 over 800 meters at Lehigh Games (4/28).

2017-18 Indoor: Began La Salle career at Jack Pyrah Invitational, placing 13th in 800 meters at 2:11.08 and helping 4x400 relay team to ninth place in 3:33.52 (12/2)… Placed sixth in 500 meters with season-best time of 1:11.43 and was part of 4x400 relay team that finished eighth in 3:42.57 at Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Finished seventh in 500 meters with time of 1:12.11 at Gulden Invitational (1/20)… Turned in a 1:11.67 mark in 500 meters for 14th  at Covert Classic (1/27)… Ran 400 meters in 53.21 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9).
