2019 Outdoor: Began outdoor season at Penn Challenge, running 800 meters in 2:01.79 (3/23)… Won the 800-meter title at the Fred Hardy Invitational with a season-best time of 1:51.31 (3/30)… Ran the 800 in 2:02.31 at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13)… Crossed in 1:56.31 in 800 meters at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Helped DMR team place sixth at Penn Relays in 10:00.87 (4/26).
2019 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Indoor 4x800 Relay Champion… Atlantic 10 DMR Silver Medalist… Opened season third in DMR at Penn State National Open, helping team to 10:25.55 mark (1/25)… Was ninth among 31 finishers in 800 meters at Fastrack National Invite in 1:54.65 (2/8)… Won gold as member of 4x800 relay team that crossed in 7:44.53 and took silver in DMR with time of 10:04.72 (2/23-24).
2018 Outdoor:Atlantic 10 4x800 Relay Champion… Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Came in sixth in 800 meters in 2:01.32 and was a part of runner-up 4x400 relay team that finished in 3:17.38 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Placed fourth in 800 meters with time of 1:51.65 at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Ran 1,500 meters in 4:21.65 at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Was 15th in 800 meters with time of 1:51.72 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Helped 4x800 relay team to 7:32.76 finish at Penn Relays (4/28)… Won A-10 title as member of 4x800 relay team that posted a time of 7:28.02 and finished 800 meters in 2:01.73 at A-10 Championships (5/6)… Finished seventh with personal best time of 1:50.32 in 800 meters at West Point Twilight Meet (5/10).
2018 Indoor:Posted time of 2:41.75 for 12th in 1,000 meters and was fifth in 4x400 relay at 3:32.89 during Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Won 3,000 meter title at Gulden Invitational, crossing in 8:38.88 (1/20)… Was 11th in the mile at 4:22.65 and helped DMR team to runner-up finish of 9:54.03 at Penn State National Invitational (1/26-27)… Placed fourth in 800 meters at Fastrack National Invite with time of 1:52.43 (2/9)… Helped DMR team to runner-up finish at A-10 Championships, finishing in 9:59.75 (2/17).
2017 Outdoor: Competed in a 4x800m relay team that ran 7:58.58 to finish second overall.
2017 Indoor: Did not compete.
2016 Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 800m with a time of 1:56.68 at the Philadelphia College Classic to open his season...was a member of the 4x800 relay that placed first with a time of 7:33.08 at the Atlantic 10 Championship...finished eighth overall in the finals of the 800m at the Atlantic 10 Championship and posted a career best of 1:50.93 in the preliminary...competed in the IC4A/ECAC Championship running a time of 2:00.16 in the 800m.
2015-16 Indoor: Opened the season at the Jack Pyrah Invitational in the 1000 running 2:37.09…competed in the 1000 at the Great Dane Classic in 2:30.47…ran the 1000 at the NYC Cup in a time of 2:37.08…at the Penn State National ran 1:54.22 for the 800…at the Yale Giegengack Invitational ran a 4:32.28 for the mile…at the A10 Championship ran a time of 1:55.81 in the 800 prelim and was part of the winning 4x800 team running 7:40.10… capped off the indoor season at IC4A running on the 4x800 team that placed 9
thwith a time of 7:44.16 and a time of 7:30.53 in the prelim.
2015 Outdoor: Opened the season at the Colonial Relays where he helped the 4x800 meter relay team finish eighth while finishing 44
thindividually in the 800 meters (2:03.13)… ran a 1:55.47 at the Mason Spring Invitational in the 800 meters which was good for 34
thplace… set a PR in the 1500 meters at the Lehigh Games with a time of 4:10.25 for 30

2014-15 Indoor: Opened the season with a ninth place finish at the Jack Pyrah Invitational in the 1000 meters (2:36.17)… raced in the 800 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup finishing in 17
th(1:59.61)… finished tenth at the Tiger Open in the 100 meters (2:37.52)… helped the DMR team win while finishing second in the 1000 meters and setting a PR of 2:30.11 at the Patriot Games… won the 800 meters (1:52.80) while helping the DMR team win at the Yale Giegengack Invitational…finished eighth at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 1000 meters (2:38.18) while helping the 4x800 meter relay team win the event… ended the season at the IC4A/ECAC Championships where he ran a 1:57.96 time in the 800 meters.
