2021 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 3,000m Steeplechase Bronze Medalist… Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Competed in five meets… Finished 10th/27 in the 5,000 meters in 14:47.76 at Temple Invitational (4/9)… Ran 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:22.88 at Quaker Invitational (4/17)… Earned bronze medal in 3,000-meter steeplechase at Atlantic 10 Championships with a personal-best time of 9:12.85 (5/1).

2020 Outdoor/2021 Indoor: Seasons canceled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Kicked off indoors with a win at Robert Elkin Invitational in 3000 meters, running in 8:51.73 (1/10)… Made debut in the mile at Penn 8 Team Select, crossing in 4:23.75 (1/18)… Finished fifth in 5000 meters with time of 14:55.62 at Penn State National Open (2/1)… Placed third in 3000 meters at Fastrack National Invite with mark of 8:32.48 (2/14)… Notched sixth place showing in 5000 meters (14:52.74) and was 12th in 3000 meters (8:38.20) at Atlantic 10 Championships (2/29-3/1)… Concluded season at IC4A Championships, running 5K in 14:50.12 (3/7).

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Made outdoor debut at Penn Challenge, taking 15th in 1,500 meters in 4:02.86 (3/23)… Notched season-best 14:39.71 over 5,000 meters for ninth at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Ran 1,500 meters in 3:58.35 at Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13)… Finished 3,000m steeplechase in 9:31.60 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Placed ninth in 3,000m steeplechase at A-10 Championships in 9:26.33 and 13th in the 5,000 meters with time of 14:48.61 (5/4-5).
 
2019 Indoor: Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Made La Salle track debut at Brian Horowitz Invitational, placing fifth in 3,000 meters in 8:51.29 (1/11)… Finished ninth in 5,000 meters with time of 15:02.22 at Penn State National Open (1/25)… Ran 3,000 meters in 8:34.83 at Fastrack National Invite (2/8)… Placed fourth in 3,000 meters at A-10 Championships in 8:31.56 and 13th in 5,000 meters at 15:12.91 (2/23-24)… Ran season-best 8:24.20 in 3,000 meters for 21st at IC4A Championships (3/3).
