2014-15 Indoors: Helped the DMR team win with a time of 10:37.21 while finishing second in the mile with a time of 4:20.61 at the Patriot Games…finished fourth in the 1000 meters at the Yale Giegengack Invitational with a time of 2:30.74…finished fourth in the mile at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 4:15.62 while helping the 4x800 meter relay team finish seventh in 7:55.02… ended the year with a mile time of 4:15.59 for 29^th place at the IC4A/ECAC Championships while helping the DMR team run a 10:05.23 for 12^th place… also ran at the NYC Gotham Cup.

2015 Outdoors: Opened the season with a second place finish in the 800 meters at the Stony Brook Spring Opener with a time of 1:59.08… finished 14^th in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:55.37 while also helping the DMR team finish second in 10:00.65 at the Colonial Relays… ran in two events at the Penn Relays as a member of the DMR team (9:44.63) and 4x800 meter relay team (7:34.01)… ran a 3:52.27 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier in the 1500 meters… set a PR in the 1500 meters at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 3:46.94 in the finals for a fourth place finish… also ran in the Mason Spring Invitational and Larry Ellis. 

2015-2016 Indoor: Opened the season at the Yale Giegengack Invitational running 2:31.8 for the 1000…at the A10 Championship placed 3^rd in the 1000 prelim thanks to a PR time of 2:29.62, finished 7^th in the final with a 2:33.89 and was a part of the winning 4x800 team running 7:40.10…ran a season best time of 4:17.15 in the mile at Fastrack Last Chance …capped off the indoor season at IC4A running on the 4x800 team that placed 9^th with a time of 7:44.16 and a time of 7:30.53 in the prelim.

2016 Outdoor: Finished first at the A-10 Championship meet as a member of the 4x800m relay team...ran a career best of 1:53.90 in the 800m at the Philadelphia College Classic...ran a 3:54.87 in the 1500m race to place fourth at the Atlantic 10 Championship...placed third at the ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the 1500m with a time of 3:51.03.
