2019: Atlantic 10 Team Champions… Began season at Lehigh Invitational, running 6K in 24:30.4 (8/30)… Crossed 5K trail at Iona Meet of Champions in 20:06.8 (9/20)… Placed 45th/424 with time of 22:26.6 at Paul Short Open 6K (10/5)… Was 59th/212 at Princeton Invitational, running 6.17K in 22:52.1 (10/19)… Cracked top-50 at Atlantic 10 Championships with 5K time of 19:16.9 as Explorers won team title (11/2)… Ran 6K in 22:33.3 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15).

2018: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Began season with a 10th place finish at the Temple Invitational (8/31)… Ran 5K in 21:01.0 at Iona Meet of Champions (9/14)… Crossed 6K in 23:13.7 at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Notched a 23:38.7 over 6K at Princeton Invitational (10/12)… Finished 51st out of 130 runners with 5K time of 18:34.4 at A-10 Championships (10/27)… Posted a 6K time of 23:27.4 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9).

2017: Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… A-10 Rookie of the Week (10/17)… Made La Salle debut at Lehigh Invitational, finishing 6K in 23:48.9 (9/1)… Placed 19th in 5K with time of 19:52.5 at Iona College Meet of Champions (9/15)… Ran 6K in 22:23.2 at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Was 52nd among 181 runners at Princeton XC Invitational, going 22:53.7 over 6K (10/14)… Finished 47th out of 129 at A-10 Championships, posting 5K mark of 19:10.7 (10/28)… Turned in season-best 6K time of 22:15.8 at NCAA Regional Championships (11/10).

Background: Captained the cross country team at Stroudsburg High School her final two seasons, and lettered all four years…Led Mountaineers to 2017 District XI Champion Championship…Team Named to 2016 PIAA All State Team…Two-time PIAA District XI Champion and PIAA State Qualifier…Two-time PIAA District XI First Team…The Morning Call 2016 Runner of the Year …2016 Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Cross Country Champion…Named Team MVP in 2015 and 2016 after earning Co-MVP as a freshman…Two-time Eastern Pennsylvania Conference First Team selection after earning Honorable Mention as a sophomore…First Team All Mountain Valley Conference in 2013…Also earned four letters in track & field and basketball…Captained the basketball team for her final two seasons on the way to a Perryman-Keglovits All-Star selection and being named to 42^nd Annual Via All-Star Classic as a senior.
