2012: Clocked a 19:32.3 (5K) at the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/27)...ran a 19:31.1 (5K) at the ECAC Championships (11/17), aiding a fifth place La Salle finish...finished runner-up at the Temple Invitational (9/14), posting a 20:22.86 (5K)...crossed the finish line 19th at the George Mason Invitatinal (9/29), registering a 23:45.2 (5870m)...opened the season with a 16:40 (4K) at the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7)
2011: Ran second fastest Explorer time at the Leopard Invitational with a 23:14.7, finishing 33rd (10/15)...posted a 24:26.28 at the Navy Invitational and finished 73rd
2010: Earned her best time of the season at the ECAC Championships by running a 19:36.1 on the 5k course (11/20)... Ran the 6k Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational course in 24:01.8 (9/11)... Registered a time of 25:32 at the Paul Short Invitational (10/1)... Led the Explorer women with a 14th place finish and a time of 22:55.90 at the Leopard Invitational (10/16).
2009: Ran a 20:08.00 at the BU Invitational 5K on Sept 20th.
High School: Qualifed for state cross country meet
