2017: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Began season at Lehigh Invitational, going 23:14.2 in 6K for 23rd place (9/1)… Placed 16th in 5K at Iona College Meet of Champions in 19:39.2 (9/15)… Finished 73rd among 181 runners at Princeton XC Invitational with 23:08.8 6K time (10/14)… Clocked in at 19:41.0 in 5K at A-10 Championships (10/28)… Posted career-best 6K time of 22:12.2 at NCAA Regional Championships (11/10).

2016: Finished in 20:18.4 at the Atlantic 10 Championship (5k)…Crossed the finish line in 23:50 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (6k).

2015:Did not compete in the 2015­-2016 season 

2014: Started her season at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) by running a 20:29.3 to finish in 49^th place… finished in 33^rd place at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) with a time of 15:43.6… was the second Explorer to finish at the Main Line Invitational (9/25) thanks to a time of 18:13.8 and a 24^th place finish… ran a 22:59 at the Paul Short Run (10/4) to finish in 255^th place… finished in 64^th place at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/1) with a time of 19:21.5… competed at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals (11/14) and finished in 106^th place with a time of 22:45… ended her season at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (11/22) with a time of 19:49.6 to finish in 66^th place. 

High School: Qualified for the Pennsylvania Cross Country Championships two years… qualified in the 1600, 3200, and 4x800 both her junior and senior years… Dowingtonwn West school record holder in the 300m... lettered four seasons.
