2019: Atlantic 10 Team Champions… Kicked off season with 6K PR of 25:09.8 at Lehigh Invitational (8/30)… Also ran a PR in 5K at Iona Meet of Champions in 19:45.1 (9/20)… Crossed 6.17K in 23:26.4 at Princeton Invitational (10/19)… Finished 5K in 20:08.6 at Atlantic 10 Championships as Explorers won team title (11/2).
2018: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made La Salle debut at Iona Meet of Champions (9/14)… Ran 6K at Paul Short Gold (9/29) and Princeton Invitational (10/12)… Finished 5K in 19:47.0 at A-10 Championships (10/27).
Background: 2017 graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School… Captain of cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams… First Team All-Catholic Cross Country and Second Team All-Catholic Indoor and Outdoor Track during junior and senior seasons… Ran a 20:11 5k in cross country and a 5:28 1600m… Received the Coaches Leadership Award for Cross Country as a senior and ‘Most Dedicated’ award as a junior… Member of 4x800m relay team that placed 24th at States during senior year… Broke the school record for the 1000m as a sophomore… Second Team All-Catholic for Cross Country as a freshman… Made Dean’s List in the classroom.
