Elizabeth Weber joins the Explorer coaching staff after a successful playing career at Loyola University Maryland. She will be assisting Natasha Fuchs with the midfield and attacking units.

At Loyola (MD), Weber played under head coach Jen Adams, who is the all-time record holder for points in an NCAA career and is considered the greatest female lacrosse player of all time. As a midfielder, Weber notched 37 career goals and eight assists.

As a three-sport athlete at Moorestown (NJ) High School, Weber helped her lacrosse team win three consecutive state championships, from 2003 to 2005, while earning All-League, All-Burlington County and All-State honors. Weber also earned All-League, All-County and All-State honors as a field hockey player and in basketball, she was named All-League and All-County. Additionally, her field hockey team also won two state titles.

Weber holds a bachelor's degree from Loyola (MD) in Communication and hopes to pursue graduate school in the fall of 2010.
