2008-09: Second-Team All-Conference in the 100 and 200-breast at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/18)... Helped set school records in the 200-medley relay (1:44.95), 400-medley relay (3:49.14), 400-free relay (3:29.84) and 800-free relay (7:37.32) at the A-10's (2/18)... Named to the 2008-09 Atlantic 10 Swimming & Diving Academic All-Conference Team... A member of the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team... Two-time A-10 Player of the Week (11/10, 11/17) and one-time Co-Player of the Week (2/2)... Recorded team-best times in the 200-free (1:53.88), 100-breast (1:03.39) 200-breast (2:14.64) and 200-IM (2:06.71)... Set a school and pool record in the 200-breast (2:15.58) at the Bucknell Trials (11/22)... Set pool records in the 200-medley relay, 200-IM and 100-breast at Saint Francis (PA) (1/30)... Totaled three separate first place finishes against St. Bonaventure (11/8) and Duquesne (1/31).

2007-08: Placed third in the 200-breast (2:19.56), fourth in the 400-IM (4:30.15) and sixth in the 200-IM (2:06.44) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also set team-best times in the 100-free (52.67) and 200-free (1:52.60) at the A-10's... Named to the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team and Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team.

At La Salle: Won silver at the 2007 Atlantic 10 Championships in the 200-breast with a time of 2:17.40... Placed third in the 200-IM at the A-10's with a time of 2:05.28.

High School: Recipient of the Achievement Award for breaking the national record in the 200-breast in 2003... Holds the national record in the 200-free... Named Most Valuable Swimmer while competing for the Marlins Swim Club... Qualified for the Pan-Am Games in both swimming and water polo... Represented Trinidad and Tobago at the Carifta Games, CISC Games, CCCAN games and the Goodwill Games... Recipient of the Academic Excellence Award in 2005.
