2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Started season at Penn Challenge, running 1,500 meters in 4:50.64 (3/23)… Helped 4x800 relay team place second in 9:49.77 at Fred Hardy Invitational and ran 1,500m in 4:51.18 (3/29-30)… Ran 1,500m at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13) and Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Member of 4x800 relay team that finished in 9:32.72 at Penn Relays (4/27)… Finished 18th out of 41 in 1,500 meters at A-10 Championships, running season-best 4:44.53 (5/5)… Helped 4x800 relay team finish in 9:31.40 at ECAC Championships (5/11).
2019 Indoor: Opened season by running the mile in 5:35.85 at Brian Horowitz Invitational (1/11)… Placed sixth in the mile at Moravian Indoor Meet in 5:33.34 (1/26)… Ran 3,000 meters in 11:02.12 at Villanova Invitational (2/2)… Finished 27th among 74 in 800 meters at Fastrack National Invite in 2:25.01 (2/8)… Partook in 1,000 meters and 4x800 relay at A-10 Championships (2/23-24).
2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 4x800 Relay Bronze Medalist... Turned in a 4:47.10 in 1,500 meters for 13th and was member of runner-up 4x800 relay team that finished in 9:50.81 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Came in 11th in 1,500 meters with time of 4:58.64 at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Ran 800 meters at Temple Owls Invitational, crossing in 2:20.50 for 13th (4/13)… Placed sixth in 1,500 meters with time of 4:50.06 at Lehigh Games (4/28)… Earned bronze as member of 4x800 relay team that finished in 9:02.23 at A-10 Championships (5/6).
2018 Indoor: Made La Salle track debut at Mike Massone Invitational, placing ninth in the mile with a time of 5:28.25 (1/12)… Ran the mile in 5:20.14 at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Clocked in a 5:18.63 mile at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)… Finished the mile in season-best 5:11.72 and helped 4x800 relay team to ninth place in 9:25.83 at A-10 Championships (2/17-18).
