2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Member of two school record-breaking relay teams… Took eighth in 100-meter dash with time of 12.76 (3/24)… Captured Fred Hardy Invitational 400-meter title with personal-best time of 57.86, ran 200 meters in 25.70 for seventh and helped 4x400 relay team to fourth place in 4:00.14 (3/30-31)… Went 25.69 over 200 meters for 16th among 33 finishers at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Finished fourth in 400 meters with time of 58.68 and was seventh in 200 meters with time of 25.95 at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Clocked in personal-best 12.44 in 100-meter dash and went 25.28 in 200 meters at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Set school record as member of DMR team that finished third among 14 teams in 11:38.62 and helped 4x100 relay team to school record time of 47.07 at Penn Relays (4/26-47)… Aided 4x100 relay team to seventh place finish in 47.15 while running 200 meters in 25.39 and 400 meters in 58.49 at A-10 Championships (5/5-6).
2017-18 Indoor: Began season at Jack Pyrah Invitational, running 300 meters in 41.63 for fourth place while helping the 4x400 relay team to fifth place finish in 4:08.31 (12/2)… Placed second in 400 meters with time of 1:00.99 and helped 4x400 relay team to third place finish of 4:23.40 at Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Turned in fourth place showing with 200 time of 26.31 and member of ninth place 4x400 relay team finishing in 4:18.72 (1/20)… Won 60-meter dash title at Covert Classic in 7.97 and posted runner-up finish in 200 meters with time of 26.16 (1/27)… Finished 14th out of 37 with 200 time of 25.79 at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Ran 200 meters in 25.94 while helping DMR team to fourth place finish in 11:59.01 and 4x400 relay team to 4:10.55 mark (2/17-18).
2017 Outdoor: Opened the season with a fifth place finish at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a 1:01.47 finish...won the Rider Invitational as a member of a 4x100m team that went 48.91...competed at the Penn Relays in a 4x100m team that clocked a 47.88 performance...finished sixth at the A-10 Outdoor Championships as a member of the 4x100m relay team that went 47.73 for a program record.
2017 Indoor: Turned in a fourth place finish to kick off the season at the Jack Pyrah Invitational with a career best 41.49 sprint in the 300m event...took a fifth place finish in the Jack Pyrah along with a 4x400m relay team that raced to a 4:04.59 time...took two third place finishes home at the Covert Classic, with a 26.62 sprint in the 200m and as a member of a 4x400m relay team that went 4:04.91...placed third in the 4x400m relay at the Giegengack Invitational in a time of 3:59.85 while taking fourth in the 400m event in 59.13...finished second at the A-10 Indoor Championships with a 11:45.82 performance in the DMR.
2016 Outdoor: Ran a first place finish in the Philadelphia College Classic in the 400 with a time of 59.88...placed first in the 400 with a time of 59.80 at the Stony Brook University Quad Meet...was a member of a 4x100 relay team that finished first at the Rider Invite...posted a career best of 25.27 in the 200m at the preliminary in the Atlantic 10 Championship...was a member of a 4x400m relay team that placed eighth at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
2015-16 Indoor: Opened the season in the 300 at the Jack
Pyrah Invite in 42.49 and 7.92 for the 60…ran 8.11 in the 60 and 26.21 for the 200 at the Great Dane Classic…ran 26.21 in the 200 and 1:00.47 for the 400 at the NYC Cup…competed in the 400 in 1:00.25 at the Lehigh Classic…ran 25.93 in the 200 and 59.47 in the 400 at Yale
Giegangack Invite…ran on the DMR in 12:09.67 and the 4x4 in 4:18.47 at the Atlantic 10 Championships…capped off the season in the DMR in 11:53.67 at the ECAC.
2015 Outdoor: set her PR in the 400 meters at the Rider Invite running a 1:01.641 for 16
th place…set personal bests in both the 100 meter dash and 200 meter dash at the Atlantic 10 Championship running 12.71 and 26.22 times respectively for 14
th and 19
th place…part of the DMR team to win the Colonial Relays with a time of 11:54.46… finished in third in the 200 meter dash at the Lehigh Games with a time of 26.60… also ran at the Lehigh Games, Stony Brook Spring Opener and the Philadelphia College Classic.
2014-15 Indoor: Opened her career at the jack Pyrah Invitational competing in the 60m dash and the 300 meter dash running 8.27 and 43.68 times respectively good for 13
th and 17
th… part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Patriot Games that finished in fifth with a time of 4:08.89…set a personal best time in the 60m dash and an indoor best time of 27.01 in the 200 meter dash at the Patriot Games…fan in the 200 meter dash finishing in 27.03 for 16
th place and as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships running a 4:16.06 for 11
th place… also competed in the NYC Gotham Cup.
High School: Won the Cape Atlantic League 100m and 200m championship as a senior in 2014… named first team Cap Atlantic in the 200m and 4x400m relay… as a junior was first team for the 200m and 4x400m relay (2013)… helped lead the team the Cape Atlantic League Championship in 2012 and 2014 for track and field… earned eight letters in track and field… also lettered three years in soccer… helped lead the soccer team to the 2013 Cape Atlantic League Championship for soccer and named All-South Jersey 2014… two time first team All Cape Atlantic Defender in 2012 and 2013… chose La Salle over Monmouth, Rider, Rowan, and St. Joseph’s.
