2015 Outdoors: Opened the year at the Philadelphia College Classic where she finished in 20^th place with a time of 1:07.30… set a personal best time in the 400 meters at the Lehigh Games thanks to a time of 1:03.16 for 15^th place… also competed at the Widener Invitational and Rider Invite.

2012-13: Was part of the 4x8 team that took fourth place with a time of 10:31.65 at the Hoya Spiked Shoe Invitational (1/18/13)...Posted a career best 1000 meter time of 3:11.00 at the 2013 Giegengack Invitational (2/2).
 
2011-12: Took third place honors in the mile with a time of 5:45.50 in her first collegiate race at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2/11)...Was part of the 4x8 team that took home first place with a time of 9:54.75 at the Thomson Invitational (1/28/12)...Finished third in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:11.10 and posted a career best mile time of 5:32.86 at the URI Tribute to Torpey Invitational (2/4)...Marked a career best 1500 meter time of 5:04.34 at the University of Pennsylvania Invitational (4/7)...Ran a career best 800 meter time of 2:26.04 at the 2012 Widener Invitational (4/20-4/21).
 
High School: Earned twelve varsity letters as a four year member of the Indoor/Outdoor Track and Cross Country teams...Was an All-State Cross Country selection each of her final three years at Capitol Preparatory Magnet School...Was Constitution State Conference champion each of her final three seasons, while also a qualifier for both Indoor/Outdoor Track All-State Team each of those seasons as well...Won the sprint medley relay state indoor title her junior season...She improved that mark her senior season, breaking the indoor sprint medley relay record, elevating her to being ranked 11^th in the nation for the sprint medley relay event at the indoor nationals.
