2020 Outdoor: NCAA season canceled.    

2020 Indoor: Began indoors at Patriot Games, finishing 10th/24 in 3000 meters with mark of 10:52.10 (1/25)… Ran 3000 meters in 10:38.16 at UAlbany Winter Classic (2/7)… Placed 16th/31 in 5000 meters at Atlantic 10 Championships with time of 18:01.63 (2/29).

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Ran the 5,000 meters in 17:35.57 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Finished 17th in the 10,000 meters at A-10 Championships with time of 37:23.76 (5/4).
 
2019 Indoor: Started season with sixth place finish in 3,000 meters at Brian Horowitz Invitational in 10:37.81 (1/11)… Placed fifth in 5,000 meters with time of 17:54.91 at Fastrack National Invite (2/8)… Improved 5K time to 17:48.61 at A-10 Championships for 16th among 31 entrants (2/23).

2018 Outdoor: Opened outdoor season by running 3,000 meters in 11:08.00 at Penn Challenge (3/24).

2017-18 Indoor: Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Finished third in 3,000 meters with time of 10:48.94 in track debut at Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Came in sixth in 3,000 meters with time of 10:41.94 at Gulden Invitational (1/20)… Posted runner-up finish in 5,000 meters with mark of 18:24.24 at Covert Classic (1/27)… Turned in season-best 3,000 meter time of 10:28.36 for 16th at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Topped all rookies by finishing 15th with time of 17:55.47 in 5,000 meters at A-10 Championships (2/17).

Background: Earned eight varsity letters at Potomac Falls High School… Member of the Student Council Association.
