2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Member of relay team that set school DMR record… Placed fourth in both 800 meters (2:13.25) and 4x400 relay (4:00.14) at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Took sixth in 800 meters with time of 2:12.99 at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Posted 800-meter time of 2:14.95 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Member of DMR team that set school record with time of 11:38.62 for third among 14 teams at Penn Relays (4/26)… Finished fifth in 800 meters with season-best mark of 2:10.88 and helped 4x800 relay team take bronze in 9:02.23 at A-10 Championships (5/5-6).
2017-18 Indoor: Won 800-meter title in season opener at Jack Pyrah, finishing in 2:21.25 while helping 4x400 relay team to fifth place in 4:08.31 (12/2)… Clocked in at 2:17.73 over 800 meters for ninth place at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Placed 10th out of 36 finishers in 800 meters with time of 2:12.83 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)… Took silver in 1,000 meters at A-10 Championships with time of 2:54.86 while helping DMR team to fourth place in 11:59.01 and aiding 4x800 relay team to ninth place in 9:25.83 (2/17-18)… Finished 800 meters in 2:11.96 for 20th at ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/2).
2017 Outdoor: Opened the season with a 2:12.92 in the 800m at the Colonial Relays…finished ninth in the DMR at the Colonial Relays in a time of 12:10.43…finished fourth at the Sam Howell Invitational with a 4:33. 37 time in the 1500m….ran to an 11:53.67 finish in the DMR at the Penn Relays…finished fifth in the 800m in a time of 2:10.59 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships…was a member of a 4x800m relay team that clocked a time of 9:05.67.
2017 Indoor: Won the Penn State National with a 2:11.86 finish in the 800m event…finished second at the Great Dane Classic in a time of 2:15.32 in the 800m….turned in a second place finish in the 800m at the A-10 Indoor Championships with a career best time of 2:10.88…placed second at A-10s in the DMR in a time of 11:45.82…won the 1000m event at the Giegengack Invitational in a time of 2:53.13....raced to a 2:14.11 time in the 800m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.
2016 Outdoor: Opened the season with a personal best and first place finish of 1:35.38 in the 600 meter at the Stony Brook University Quad Meet...also posted a second place finish at the Stony Brook University Quad Meet in the 4x800 relay...finished fifteenth in the 800 meter preliminary with a time of 2:13.78 at the Atlantic Ten Championship...competed in the 4x800 meter at the Atlantic Ten Championship finishing ninth with a time of 9:15.93...posted a personal best of 2:12.63 in the 600 m at the Larry Ellis Invite.
2015-16 Indoor: Opened the season up in the 1000 in 3:02.76 at Jack
Pyrah Invite…ran the 1000 at the Great Dane Classic in 3:04.33…competed in the 800 in 2:21.86 at the NYC Gotham Cup…ran the 800 in 2:16.04 at the Penn State National…competed in the 800 in 2:16.25 at the Yale
Giegengack Invite…was a part of the DMR that ran 12:09.67 for 6
th and the 800 in 2:16.67 and was a part of the 4x8 that ran 9:26.93 at the Atlantic 10 Championships…capped off the season at
ECAC in the DMR in 11:53.67 and the 4x8 that ran 9:14.53.
2015 Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 400 meters at the Philadelphia College Classic thanks to a time of 1:00.74 on her way to a seventh place finish… set a PR in the 800 meters at the Colonial Relays running a 2:16.01 for a 22
nd place finish… ran on the 4x800 meter relay team at the Atlantic 10 Championship that finished in seventh place with a time of 9:07.10… competed at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the 4x800 meter relay helping La Salle reach the finals and finish in fifth with a time of 8:56.68… competed in the Penn Relays on the 4x800 meter relay team… also ran at the Stony Brook Spring Opener.
2014-15 Indoor: Started the year with a second place finish in the 800 meters at the jack Pyrah Invitational thanks to a time of 2:21.57… finished in third place in the 1000 meters at the Tiger Open thanks to a time of 3:01.00… earned points at the Atlantic 10 Championships in both the 4x800 meter relay (6
th place, 9:22.75) and DMR (2
nd place, 11:51.48)… capped off the season at the IC4A/ECAC Championships as part of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished in eighth place thanks to a time of 9:01.08…also competed at the Patriot Games, NYC Gotham Cup, and Yale Giegengack Invitational… earned A-10 Rookie of the Week and ECAC Rookie of the Week on December 10 following her performance at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.
