2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Placed third in 3,000 meters with time of 10:07.74 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Ran 1,500 meters in 4:47.22 for 15th at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Turned in a 17:19.64 time in 5,000 meters for 14th among 32 finishers at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Finished eighth out of 34 finishers in 5,000 meters at A-10 Championships with time of 17:19.17 (5/6).

2018 Indoor: Began season at Villanova Invitational, finishing 14th in 3,000 meters with time of 10:22.52 (2/3)… Finished 17th among 33 runners in 3,000 meters at A-10 Championships with time of 10:18.45 (2/18).

2017 Outdoor: Opened the season with a fifth place finish as a member of a 4x800m relay team that completed in 9:56.77 at the Stony Brook Season Opener…clocked a 4:43.21 in the 1500m event at the Larry Ellis Invitational…ran an 11:53.67 in the DMR at Penn Relays…raced to a 17:31.51 for a 13^th place finish in the A-10 Outdoor Championships in the 5000m event.

2017 Indoor: Posted a 5:08.38 finish at the Great Dane Classic in the mile event to place 12^th out of over 50 competitors…raced at the Penn State National for a 17:25.90 finish in the 5000m event…ran to a career best 10:04.66 finish in the 3000m at the Giegengack Invitational…turned in a career best 17:08.71 in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships in the 5000m.

2016 Outdoor: Did not appear in any meets.

2015-16 Indoor: Opened the season up in the 3000 at the Great Dane Classic in 10:16.67…competed in the 1000 in 3:03.67 at the NYC Gotham Cup…ran the mile in 4:59.39 at the Penn State National…was a part of the DMR that ran 12:09.67 for 6^th and the mile in 5:06.43 at the Atlantic 10 Championships…capped off the season at ECAC in the DMR in 11:53.67.

2015 Outdoor: Part of the DMR team that won the Colonial Relays with a time of 11:54.46… finished in third place in the 800 meters at the Stony Brook Spring Opener with a time of 2:21.87… finished in second place in the 1500 meter run at the Lehigh Games thanks to a time of 4:42.11… finished in tenth place at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:37.51… on the 4x800 meter relay team at the IC4A/ECAC Championships that finished in fifth place overall with a time of 8:58.68… ran in the 3000 meters at the Philadelphia College Classic finishing in ninth place with a time of 9:58.91.
