2020 Outdoor: NCAA season canceled.

2020 Indoor: Competed in one meet, running 3000 meters in 10:29.76 for 14th/29 at Penn 8 Team Select (1/18).

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Helped 4x800 relay team place second in 9:49.77 at Fred Hardy Invitational and was ninth in 1,500 meters in 4:45.21 (3/29-30)… Turned in a 4:41.61 over 1,500 meters at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13)… Placed second in 1,500 meters at Larry Ellis Invitational, crossing in 4:40.92 (4/20)… Member of DMR that crossed in 11:49.56 and 4x800 relay team that finished in 9:32.72 at Penn Relays (4/25-27)… Finished 14th among 41 runners in 1,500 meters at A-10 Championships in 4:40.83 and helped 4x800 relay team finish seventh in 9:13.07 (5/4-5).
 
2019 Indoor: Began season seventh in the 3,000 meters at Brian Horowitz Invitational, running 10:39.54 (1/11)… Member of DMR team that crossed in 12:18.82 at Penn State National Open (1/25)… Ran the mile in 5:12.99 for 16th at Villanova Invitational (2/2)… Placed fifth in the mile at Fastrack National Invite in season-best 5:10.85 (2/8)… Finished the mile in 5:12.46 and competed in 4x800 relay at A-10 Championships (2/23-24)… Member of DMR team that finished in 11:56.42 at ECAC Championships (3/1).

2018 Outdoor: Began outdoor season at Penn Challenge, running 1,500 meters in 4:54.93 (3/24)… Finished 16th in 1,500 meters with time of 4:57.93 and helped 4x800 relay team to runner-up finish of 9:50.81 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Placed 10th with season-best time of 4:54.17 in 1,500 meters at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6).

2018 Indoor: Made La Salle track debut at Mike Massone Invitational, finishing 11th in the mile with time of 5:31.63 (1/12)… Took ninth in the mile with a mark of 5:20.73 at Gulden Invitational (1/20)… Finished seventh among 42 finishers in the mile with time of 5:24.31 at Covert Classic (1/27)… Posted season-best time of 5:18.51 in the mile at Villanova Invitational (2/3).
