2021 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Did not compete.

2020 Outdoor/2021 Indoor: Seasons canceled due to COVID-19.    

2020 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Indoor 4x800 Relay Bronze Medalist… Helped 4x400 relay team to victory in 4:17.38 at Haverford Holiday Meet (12/7)… Finished 10th/33 in 800 meters at Patriot Games with time of 2:22.66 (1/24)… Was 23rd/69 in 800 meters with mark of 2:22.40 at UAlbany Winter Classic (2/7)… Earned bronze as member of 4x800 relay team that finished in 9:08.68 and helped DMR team finish fifth in 12:01.79 at Atlantic 10 Championships (2/29-3/1).

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Ran 800 meters at Penn Challenge (3/23) and at George Mason Invitational, dropping time down to 2:13.38 for 11th out of 47 (4/13)… Helped DMR team finish in 11:49.56 for ninth among 15 teams at Penn Relays (4/25)… Finished 12th with season-best 2:12.74 in 800 meters at A-10 Championships and helped 4x800 team to seventh place in 9:13.07 (5/4-5)… Crossed 800 meters in 2:13.56 at West Point Twilight (5/9)… Member of 4x800 realy team that finished in 9:31.40 at ECAC Championships (5/12).
 
2019 Indoor: Started season with third place finish in 1,000 meters at Brian Horowitz Invitational, running in 3:07.05 (1/11)… Ran 800 meters in 2:19.92 and helped DMR finish in 12:18.82 at Penn State National Open (1/25)… Improved 800 time to 2:19.58 at Villanova Invitational (2/2) and 2:17.83 at Fastrack National Invite (2/8)… Helped DMR team finish fourth in 11:46.47 at A-10 Championships while running 1,000m in 3:04.13 and competing in 4x800 relay (2/23-24)… Member of DMR team that finished in 11:56.42 at ECAC Championships (3/1).

2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 4x800 Relay Bronze Medalist... Member of relay team that set school DMR record… Notched ninth place with 800-meter time of 2:21.26 and helped 4x400 relay team to runner-up finish in 4:03.31 at Penn Challenge (3/24)… Took seventh in 800 meters at 2:17.05 and aided 4x400 relay team to fourth place finish in 4:00.14 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30-31)… Ran 800 meters in 2:17.76 at Sam Howell Invitational (4/6)… Placed 12th in 800 meters with time of 2:16.46 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Member of DMR team that set school record with time of 11:38.62 for third among 14 teams at Penn Relays (4/26)… Finished 12th with season-best 800 time of 2:14.15 and earned bronze with 4x800 relay team that finished in 9:02.23 at A-10 Championships (5/5-6)… Was 15th out of 39 finishers in 800 meter with time of 2:15.15 at Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet (5/14).

2017-18 Indoor: Began La Salle career at Jack Pyrah Invitational, placing third in 800 meters at 2:24.17 while helping 4x400 relay team to fifth place finish of 4:08.31 (12/2)… Took sixth in 500 meters at 1:21.73 and helped 4x400 relay team to third place showing with time of 4:23.40 at Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Came in ninth among 46 finishers in 800 meters with mark of 2:25.02 at Covert Classic (1/27)… Turned in eighth place showing in 800 meters with time of 2:17.57 at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Was 12th in 800 meters with time of 2:21.17 and helped DMR team to fourth place finish of 11:59.01 and 4x800 relay team to ninth place finish of 9:25.83 at A-10 Championships (2/17-18).

Background: Ran cross country and track for four years at Coatesville Area High School.
