- Started the season with an eighth-place finish in the 400m at the Penn Challenge recording a season-best time of 59.11
- Raced in both the 400m and 200m at the Big Five Meet and the Larry Ellis Invitational posting top times of 59.41 in the 400m and 25.66 in the 200m
- Posted a personal best time of 25.51 in the 200m at the Temple Invitational finishing in fourth placeÂ
- Ran in both the 200m and 400m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships clocking in at 25.89 and 59.45, respectivelyÂ
2022 Indoor
- Participated in five meets during the indoor season racing in the 200m, 400m and 4x400 relay
- Recorded her best 400m time of the season at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships clocking in at 1:00.55 for 20th place in the preliminariesÂ
- Logged her season-best 200m time also at the A-10 Indoor Championships with a final time of 26.39 for 27th place in the preliminaries
2021 Outdoor
- Atlantic 10 Commissionerâs Honor Roll
- Made La Salle debut in the 400 meters and high jump at Villanova Opener (3/19)
- Posted season-best time in 200 meters in 26.46 at Temple Invitational (4/9)
- Ran season-best 1:00.33 in 400 meters at Quaker Invitational (4/17)
- Competed in high jump, 400 meters and 4x100 relay at Atlantic 10 Championships, posting season-best high jump mark of 1.51 meters (5/1-2)
2021 Indoor
- Season canceled due to COVID-19
Background
- Competed in track and volleyball at Rancocas Valley High School in New Jersey
- As a senior, was a member of the No. 3 4x400 relay team in NJ and placed second in 4x400 at Milrose Games
- Placed third in New Balance emerging elite super sprint medley
- Team was unbeaten in duel meets and had back-to-back All-American relay teams..
- Won the 2019 Meet of Champions, Milrose Game qualifiers, Woodbury Relay champs, Penn Relays champs, Burlington County champs, Divisional meet champs, and Group 4 Outdoor state champs
- Was team captain and 2020 MVP of the volleyball team
- Also competed for Tri-State Elite
- Daughter of Nicole and Ebon
- Father, Ebon, ran track at Morehouse College
